Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Items returned without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact us for support
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us with proof (photos/videos) of the issue.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, your order may already be processed or shipped.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
